For decades, government, peer-reviewed and field studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of brake-activated pulsating lights located at the rear of a vehicle in mitigating the incidence of rear-end collisions. For almost as long, brake-activated pulsating light systems have been developed and marketed for cars and trucks. However, these systems are not ideal, either because of cost or non-compliance.
The PulsePro is the first application of its kind to use a trailer’s lighting system to generate a pulse when braking while remaining fully compliant with applicable regulations.
